Reason: He could have easily been on the level and popularity of The Undertaker but all he has to do is job all the time and with the limited push and angles he's been involved with the fans get behind him. With his character he could be a supreme individual but WWE just wasted it!

I'd say cruiserweights and the women. Vince is obsessed with roided up big dudes and eye candy. They need a larger womens division and really push them with better storylines. As for the cruiserweight division you saw how they under used it is becasue of how long Helms had the title.
