Is C# a significant note of the g minor or Bb Major scale?

Im doing an assignment on harmonic progression. And I need to know is a C# is indicative of either g minor or Bb Major.

Well, i'm not going to tell you straight out but look at Bb major's key signature and you'll know if c# is a part of the scale.

Look at g minor's key signature and what is the raised 7th in harmonic scale and what are the raised 6th and 7th in the melodic. and you'll see the answer.
