If someone rings your mobile (UK) from a satellite phone (on a ship) say from Mexico waters. Do you have to pay for some of the call?

Because UK phone users are billed on a Calling Party Pays basis, the receiving UK phone user will not have to pay for any received call, no matter the originator, even a satellite phone.
