Search information where one learns about certain health matters and how to overcome such problems. etc. If there is in the rules a time limit is there a window where the user posts his/her new time preference (:which could mean to please stop sending any jokes as they are not so important as other things. Are any of the categories I listed FREE of time, such as for example thesearch into google or something where we find out what is the law on a specific subject, like for example we know people are forbidden to kill elephants (good)..but can an

If you mean time on internet NO. Some low cost isp's will get over crowded and you may lose connection, but mainstrea isp's don't have that problem.

You can use the Internet as much as you want. Your work or wherever you are using that computer might restrict the times it can be accessed though, that is up to them.
