Is Karaoke Revolution: American Idol for the playstation 2 compatible with the playstation 3? Cause my girlfriend want to play this game but i only have a playstation 3. thanks for your help

yes, but first you will need to have a controller converter that allows the microphone plugin to work, I think, unless if it's usb, then it should work even without the converter

Yes but you would have to create a internal memory card 1st!
