Having my son at 16, stupid mistake that made me the smart responsible person I am today, I would be nothing without him!!

reading harry potter lol
as a kid Spanish was my first language and English was something like ... an alien language to me. I was born in Nyc but my parents both brought me up with Spanish as the main language. By the time i hit 5th grade i was reading english at a poor 2nd grade level. My teacher recommended the Harry Potter book (mind you i hated English and anything that had to do with it) by the end of the year i was reading at a 9th grade level and put in a honors class. I also got a award for having one of the highest raking in my grade, concerning the states English regents exams... but yup. it sparked an interest in literature, increased my vocabulary dramatically and just over all helped me.
fyi im a junior in h.s now. Just took my english state regents early and got a hot 89/100. lol im doing good

I've learned a lot from mistakes but I'm not sure any of those mistakes have been stupid. Maybe people who have taken advantage of me have thought me stupid but thats on them and they did teach me something.

I got stuck on a guy for about a year and pretty much waited around for him to ask me out which didn't happen and he ended up leaving me for someone else and making mean comments towards me about me.

i left my previous job even b4 thinking twice abt wht all i will go thru... later
