You can download Google Earth for free here http://bitly.com/1p6gGEK

Google Earth is a kind of 3D interactive atlas. You?ll be able to see what every corner of the world looks like.
Try it out

i have seen this happen before and its normally due to the graphical settings
if you are trying to start google earth in open gl mode before the p.c reboots, then change it to direct x mode, you can do either of these from the program menu
also you need to update your display drivers,nvidia(http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp) and a.t.i(http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html)are the download sites for the most popular drivers#
and also download the latest direct x runtime files(http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.mspx)
all these updates and files can stop google earth functioning correctly if not installed and up to date
finally you need a modern graphic card to run google earth properly, cards include geforce 4,geforce fx series, geforce 6 series, geforce 7 series, geforce 8800,ati radeons from 9250 and above, most intel graphic accelerators#
also try stopping your p.c rebooting by going to control panel>system properties>advanced>start up and recovery>untick"automatically restart" then apply and press ok,this will stop the restarts
i hope this helps
good luck

You might be overheating or your power supply might be going bad. Check both your temperatures and voltage levels with SpeedFan.
