I want to practice making out and kissing and all that before i actually do it. So whoever is reading this.. if you know what i could practice on just type it in and don't say oh your underage and stuff like that because you don't know how old i am

There is no way to practise really, just wait until the time comes and it will just happen naturally.
A few tips to help you are-:
Positioning - Stand close to your partner. As the two of you move closer together tilt your head slightly. If you can see which way your partner's head is tilting, tilt your head slightly in the opposite direction
Close Eyes - Just before your lips meet, close your eyes. Some people prefer to leave their eyes open during the kiss. But until you know what your partner prefers, it is best to close your eyes plus its much more romantic with your eyes shut;)
Open Lips - Open your mouth slightly and place your lips over your partner's lips. Do not hold your breath! Breath through your nose. As your lips meet, press them gently over your partner's. You may wish to move your lips in a slow, circular motion or just leave them still over your partners.
. The long kiss - this kiss combines mouth movement with tongue action, where you gently suck in while your tongue pushes back and forth. This kiss is quite intimate and is best done slowly and steadily.

If you don't know how it is done, that means that you are too young to even think about participating. These things should be saved until you are a married adult.

Experience is the only way you'll know what your doing.
Just remember....
Kepp your lips soft, don't tence them up, kiss gently unless you personally like it ruff. Just kiss... pratice on your and or whatever!

how in the world could she get in trouble for asking the question? seems like an innocent enough question to me. and plus, for all you know she could be a very inexperienced 18 year old!!
to answer your question: i have no idea, i've been doing it for awhile and still can't figure it out!

you seem very young maybe you could start of with butterfly kisses, you just place your eyelashes up against your friends eyelashes and flutter them real fast, very sweet : )
