try a treasure hunt. you have clues hidden around the house that lead to a "treasure" they can all work together on the clues or you can have teams with different clues that all end up at the same treasure.

try cooking with the boys...something they like...pizza, cookies, cupcakes. most boys like to cook, but seldom get the chance. for pizza, make it easy by buying a pizza crust, then let the boys put all the toppings on. you can also prebake cookies and let them decorate them.....

get a different small gifts for each boy, write up a little story about something the kids are intersted in or just a silly story using the words right and left. (Mr. Left drove right, then said thats not right and turned left.) Have them sit in a circle and when you say right they have to pass it right, when u say left they pass it left. Whatever gift they end up w/ is thiers.
It's silly, its fun kids luv it and get a present.
