Internally from within. You must love yourself before you can truly love others. That inner sanctum is very satifying. Sleeping late makes me happy.

Physically, right between my heart and solar plexus.
Emotionally, In a big chemical ball at the base of my brain
There is a girl who when she smiles makes me feel happy in both places....

I thnik happiness is arbitrary. It can be found easily for some people and yet it can be elusive to others. I think most of the time its right in front of us waiting to be discovered, we just have to open our eyes.
