I don't think they mean to, but as an employer, JobCentre Plus allows free job listings. JobCentre Plus does not vet the jobs, only the people.. and barely that!

i thought that while these companies allow advertising they dont regulate them - for ages i would get calls from people thinking my home was an interior design store but that shop had closed 2 years ago - and BT said we had been given a brand new unused number - i had to change my number after receiving 20 calls a day from people enquiring about products this shop sold IPC MEDIA uk said that they were not aware the store had closed and would follow it up, they told me the above info
