sounds normal to me. there are indeed little tubes in there; it's what gets snipped if you have a vasectomy. there's also blood vessels in there. yup, it'll feel like "noodles" or "worms". what you don't want to have happen is get them twisted around--it's very painful.

dont worry I had a pt like that today in clinic and he was petrified he had cancer!!! basically its known as "bag of worms" because thats what it feels like and its a varacele of the scotum! basically like a varicose vein but instead of in the leg its in the scrotum
