I have been with my husband for 4 years now and we have been married for about a year and a half. He is from Mexico and I am an American Citizen. I have tried calling several people and asking around, but I just do not know what to do. I am wanting to get his papers because I hat hearing him say that Everything is mine when we have both worked hard for all that we have and he thinks I am just going to take everything. Please help me figure out the process!

Well, if you live in the U.K., you need to go to the American Embassy. If you live in the US, you need to contact Immigration. Since you're an American citizen, I'm not sure what documents he needs but I'm pretty sure you can fix it so that he's here legally and get him on the fast track to becoming a US citizen.
