It depends on my mood. Sometimes I think they all died in the big fight. If I'm feeling particularly hopeful, I like to think that one of them spent their "last perfect day" making a call to Rome and when the big fight begins they're joined by 10,000 slayers. Angel becomes a real boy and he and Buffy live happily ever after. Before you say he signed away the Shanshu, I think the very fact that he was willing to sign it away makes him worthy of it in the eyes of the PTB.

Personally, looking at the approaching hordes, I don't see how they possibly could - but then, beating impossible odds is what they do!
In the audio commentary to the DVD, Joss Whedon says that even he doesn't know whether they survive or not, but, this being Angel, they probably do. The point of leaving it open, according to him, was to show that for Angel, there will never be an end to fighting the good fight. Even if they beat this one, there'll just be the next thing and the next thing... Because that's simply what they do.
So yes, in the end of the day, I believe they make it out somehow and keep on fighting! (Besides, Spike and Angel both died a number of times already, would be kind of repetitive if they did it again, huh? ;D)

Well, Joss Whedon and Amy Acker have stated that Illyria did indeed survive. So far, that is the only confirmed person to live. Spike probably lived since they want to do a movie with him. Its unlikely that Gunn lived considering his injuries. No word on if Angel lived or not. I'm still a little pissed that Cordy and Wes died, they were 2 of my favorite characters in the Buffyverse.

Joss Whedon has written series 8 of Buffy in comic format and is being released soon. Joss has stated there will be story lines involving Spike and Angel, so i guess they survived which is great, I'm still hopefull of a Spike spin off.

....well, I think the answer is yes, because the average "good american hero" always survives and endings of movies or tv shows are never conclusive, because they want to keep the option of a sequel...to make more money of course...
