Maybe he is not a man of many words but he shows you by helping around the house, cleaning your car off when it snows, repairing things around the house so you don't have to pay for them, etc. As well, perhaps he is more affectionate and gives you tons of hugs and kisses instead.

Your husband just need to be informed of his actions that way it is no excuse... Now you need to sit him down and tell him what you expect and deserve. You are the queen bee and you deserved to be respected that way and you do want to hear it... Now tell him that either he changes or something else will cause life is to short to not be appreciated or acknowledge for the things you do.... Now ask yourself is your time worth it cause you don't have much. Life do not end cause you get married.

well talk to him first and tell him that you like compliments its not that hard to say "you look good today" so tell him you want more of that babe
