recall..
Laws of exponent ..

( a^m)^n = ( a^ (m x n ) )

for example
( a ^ 2 ) ^ 4 = (a ^ (2 x 4 ) = a^ 8

lets work on your question
( y^ - 3) ^6 = y ^ ( - 3 x 6 ) = y^ ( -18 )

(y to the power of -3) raised to the power of 6...

all you do is multiply -3 by 6

so the answer is y to the power of -18.

= y^(-3*6) (when u hav 2 powers one is higher than ther other u hav t multiply them)

= y^-18
