Easy, if that is really what you want to do. Find a support system, family, friends, church!!!!!!! The law will make him support his children and you after 11 years of marriage. If he would rather go to jail than support his children there is financial help for you out there, people get it everyday.

What is the connection between children and your husband with the divorce? They are both the extremes of a spectrum called marriage. Your naivete sometimes gets exposed when you see your husband indulge in an activity unknown to you. Life gets a little boring if u cant add some spice. Divorce for the other party is easy.

If your marriage is in such ruin, then go see a lawyer, get the papers drawn up and have your husband sign them.
To stay with him simply because of the years you put in together or for the sake of your children is going to do more damage than good.
My parents stayed together way too long...it hurts the children more if you don't make the break.
Of course this is if the marriage is irrepairable and, going by your question, (even though you didn't say much) it sounds like there's nothing left.

Why divorce? Simply because he became father of your 3 kids in 11 years married life? Did you want anymore?
Pass a peaceful marital life without ever thinking of divorce, atleast for kids' future.

The same way millions of people divorce spouses that deserve to be divorced. I kicked out my hubby when I was 7 months pregnant and already had 3 kids. You do what you gotta do and hopefully what you gotta do is what is best for you and your children.

Believe me, sometimes divorce is the best option. Kids can sense the stress between you two and its not good for their upbringing and in the end they will have their own relationship problems. If you want a divorce, then have it.

If he is not good for you or your kids leave him. Don't make your kids suffer if he isn't a good man. My father treated us like crap and I not only hate him but also my mother for not taking us out of that situation. I was mentally abused for a long time and I married a man that I didn't love just to get out of that house. Now I have a son and divorced. It took me a long time to trust another man. To this day my father still puts me down but I don't let him get to me anymore

the same way you'd get divorced if you didn't have those things....
do you mean how can you leave when you have a family? my advice would be don't, unless he's physically abusive to you and the kids, or a druggie or something.
If it's just because of some minor complaint...and you'd have to give us more information, i'd say stick it out until the 3 kids are grown. their needs come first, and those kids need a family.

Husband and wife can divorce and not parents. 3 children is heavy burden for you if u are separated.
Please stay in the same house, donot talk and donot allow interference to each other's, and live like modern trend, making your children feel proud of u both.

Divorce is not the only solution in life,as you have three children you will have to think about your children's life too, as they grow up with out their father's guidance or presence they will have to face a lot of problems in this society .Hence thinking about your children life live with your husband and try to correct him amicably with lot of love and affection.
