Is it wrong to compare a midget to a chihuahua? cuz one time i was like "hey look at that guy, he reminds me of my chihuahua", and this old lady next to me said "that's rude." How is it rude if it's the truth?

It's not considered politically correct to point out anything, true or untrue, that can be perceived negatively.
That fat lady reminds me of my pig.
That skinny lady reminds me of a snake.
That tall guy reminds me of the jolly green giant.
Society wants you to focus on what you have in common with people, rather than noticing your differences.
Whether or not you participate in all of that is up to you.
Some people LIKE to be different.

I am sure that woman has compared people to animals before - I think everyone has - Not thinking that it was rude - Just playing around - People sometimes hear something and don't realize that they say the same stuff. Its crazy!

The lady was right, you can never compare a human to an animal.By the Grace of God, you are who you are and he is him.When you are grown up, you will keep your opinion to yourself,I hope.You know what they say about opinions right?
