1989 Camry, 3 warning lights come on at the same time- Brakes, Charge, and Lights, then they go off again.?

This happens, they come on and then go off, when they are on it seems like the windshield wipers slow down and the headlights dim. Is this a ground issue? Where do you think the ground problem is? It doe snot seem to be at the battery.

Clean the ground connections as well as the battery terminals to insure you have good clean and tight connections. If still a problem then take to an Auto Zone or Kragen etc. and have you battery and alternator tested (free). If still a problem best take to a mechanic to have then hook up their scanner to see what is going on with the electronics.
