It's not one of the stronger universities in London, no. It's tied to Southern New Hampshire University here in the US, and that is not one of the stronger US-based universities.
It's not that it's not a real school. It is. It just isn't particularly competitive.
As for location, it's in an absolutely brilliant location. It's right in Bloomsbury, in the heart of Central London. You could not ask for better, as that is also home of some of the University of London schools. A hopping district.
If you want London, but want a stronger school, check into the schools of the University of London. Much better reputation.
