I have several games I've bought and I downloaded them. In order to defrag it says I don't have enough space on my hard drive What can I do that won't cost me. I'm new at this and all I do really is play games. Thanks. Cheri

Delete some stuff empty the recycle been delete all temporary internet folders unistall all unused software.

Basically you just have too much stuff saved on the computer.

You could try disc cleanup which is under disc properties in the same place as the disc defragmenter, but that will probably only get you an extra 300Mb.

Try deleting some unused programs, any unused video files or MP3's. Then make sure you empty the recycle bin afterwards.

You can:
1. Reload the Operating System getting rid of everything. Probably not recommended unless you have at least intermediate computer knoweledge. Many applications also have their own uninstall program and use it if available.
2. Using add/remove programs, uninstall unneeded software, then download crapcleaner at www.majorgeeks.com
