They stalk you, they harrass you,in thier persuit for the most profitable scandalous pictures they have caused phisicall injury, and even death, and they do it while hiding behind the constitution. This suggests a kind of terrorisim, to me and I think they should be held to a harsher penalty system than a traditional journalist, what do you think?

I see your point, and very nearly agree with you. I don't think they are quite terrorists...
I absolutely hate hearing about the exploits of the paparazzi...as much as I despise the constant stories about the "celebrities"...they are only people with a job. Yes, their job puts them in the public view, but...has our entire world turned into a society of voyeurs? The answer seems to be yes, which is what gives the paparazzi their job.
To me, they are NOT journalists. They are not due the same constitutional rights as journalists. They should be held accountable, in the same way any "ordinary" citizen would be for stalking, causing injury, etc.

If they commit an actual crime, then they should pay the appropriate penalty, no more or less. Do you imagine that celebrities don't want to be famous? Do you think they didn't want the attention of the public and media? That's EXACTLY what they wanted, and now they whine because they have more than they bargained for. Sorry, but I can't sympathize.

Maybe my math is off but me thinks the # of deaths caused by paps greatly pales in comparison to the # caused by terrorists.
Seriously, get a clue. Anyone with even the slightest clue wouldn't compare the two.
But I know ...... you just want us to agree with you.

They are stalkers. The laws should make it so they cannot do the ridiculous things they do. Someday, they are going to cause an accident or a major incident.
