:) ... interesting question ... so many shades of gray

and yin & yang make it even more confusing

I heard an interesting thought once, that is, love is nothing more than an addiction to the way another person makes us feel ... if thats true, it does explain how we can fall in and out of love, and why we do some of the crazy things we do .. but it also brings into question the nature of love

I will say this ... I don't have an answer, nor does anyone else. I think that all people (excepting the mentally deranged) want pretty much the same basic things -- a reasonable satisfaction of physical needs and security, plus a measure of love. Dostoyevsky gave the best description of hell I have ever heard: The inability to love. Love may mean different things to different people, but it always involves a sense of connectedness. Not necessarily reciprocity, but connectedness. Is love the be-all, the end-all, everything? No, I don't think so, but I do think it is the thing that binds the world together and makes it not just liveable, but whole and meaningful. In other words, a sense of being connected to the universe.

I think that there is someone out there for everyone, it just takes awhile to find the person. I am currently in a relationship that was without a doubt love at first sight, but I am only seventeen, so with true love I think you need more relationship experience. But you never know, he could be my true love and I just don't know it yet [:

yea, that's the only reason why i'm still being myself, sane and nice. even though i haven't found a partner who gives me true love, i think i have got enough from my parents, who care about me and would do anything for my betterness, my grandparents, cousins, aunt and uncle, they are all my well-wishers and wouldn't ever do anything to harm me or wish that i would do anything bad or nething bad may happen to me. Ppl have misinterpreted the concept of true love. It need not be only from a relationship, but even from friends and family. and i would say, when true love comes ur way, u will feel it in your heart, u will feel cared about and loved, u will see it right away, u will see urself caring for someone else, and u will knw that it's meant to be. i believe in true love.

Yes, I have experienced True Love.
True Love for Our Creator and
True Love for myself !

Without having Love for Our Creator and oneself, it is impossible to have Love for anything else!

"religion is Spiritual fraud" "religion is the Worse invention of humanity" - Jesus Christ

Create a private, personal, direct, divine relationship with Our Creator and save your Soul from religion.

Only with Our Creator's Love and Peace will we be Truely Free!

Without God, there is No Love; Without religion, there are No Wars!

Yes and yes. Unfortunately, however, no matter how "true" it is, it may not last. Love is the one thing in this world that can make you feel incredibly powerful...and powerless...all at the same time.
