I've been having sex for 4 years now, and I cannot enjoy it or get the big "O" because it's painful when my boyfriend thrushes in deep. I get horrible cramps when it's that time of the month. I also cramp up after sex. Is it possible that I have a Tilted Uterus or Endometriosis? Are either of those hereditary? It's extremely painful for me to use tampons, and I get UTI's often. When I take out a tampon, my vagina is so tight it hurts to take it out! it's all dry and it hurts really really bad. Please help! does anyone else experience this?

I answered your other question too. I have a lot of those same things, although my uterus doesn't cramp up after sex. I don't get UTI's anymore because I pee before and afterwards and drink lots of 100% cranberry juice. To me, it sounds like you have a cervix that is pretty close to your vaginal opening, so your boyfriend is hitting it (easy to do in some positions) and it HURTS when he does that. Tell him to slow down, and thrust slowly, or you go on top. You can control the depth and NOT hit your cervix. Additionally, when you aren't ovulating, your cervix is hard (like your chin!!) and closer to the opening of your vagina. When you are fertile, your cervix should feel squishy, like your nose and is farther away from your opening.
As far as cramping up, if it is your legs, fine, your uterus is cramping every time (not around your period), go get it checked out by a doctor!!

A REALLY informative book is Taking Charge of Your Fertility!!!! I used to worry about a lot of stuff about my vagina, and because of that book, I don't worry or when I do worry, I know it is for a good reason, not just my ignorance. It'll be the best $16 you ever spent.

I was first diagnosed with Endometriosis when I was 20 (I am now 38). I had VERY painful sex, cramps were horrible, I bled all the time (literally about 2 weeks a month), I was never able to use tampons. I have had 7 laproscopic procedures to remove some of the tissue. And even had a cone biopsy done because the tissue had grown into the walls of my cervix.
I eventually did conceive (after several miscarriages & being told I couldn't have children) & it still came back.
It's not quite so bad anymore (or else I have just gotten used to it), but I know how you feel. I still don't use tampons & can almost always only have an orgasm from clitoral stimulation. None of this makes you feel better, I'm sure. But go to a doctor. Make sure that's what it is. You never know...it could be something else, but leaving endometriosis untreated will make your life hell. Trust me. IF you learn to live with the pain, you will probably feel mentally insane from the hormonal ups & downs. I still feel possessed occassionally! It can be managed though, so get help. Hang in there. It will get better if you manage it now.
Good Luck!
