Last month I started at a ackward time. This month I started cramping about three day's before I started bleeding so I was wondering why I was cramping but no blood so I thought well maybe I'm trying to miscarry. I have had one before. I started spotting on the 4th day my lower back was hurting and stomach But I haven't started bleeding heavily like my normal period .Also I took a pregnancy test it said I'm not pregnant but would it be accurate if I'm trying to miscarry?

Yes it would be accurate because being pregnant is being pregnant, the hormone levels still read the same. It sounds like you're going through a simple case of pms and cramps... totally normal!

If the pregnancy test turned out negative then it would be highly unlikely that you are even pregnant to begin with however it is plausible. The only way to know for sure would be to see a doctor since you have already taken a test at home.

But based on what you have stated and in my opinion I would say that you aren't trying to miscarry. However, I am not a doctor so I do not know for sure. You should schedule an appointment.

Even if you were miscarrying it would still show up pregnant because the pregnancy hormone is still present

I would get a test from the doctor. Home pregnancy test do not detect the HCG hormone as well as a doctors test

if you're pregnant, even if you're about to have a miscarriage, the pregnancy test SHOULD be positive. In fact, even up to a month AFTER someone has a miscarriage the test is positive. but remember, sometimes a girl is pregnant and the test comes out negative anyway. that's what happened to me. i was pregnant, the test was negative, and i found out i was pregnant once i had lost the baby. so don't be fooled by a negative test. trust your instincts. i wish i would've trusted mine.
