bankruptsy question?

does anyone know if a husband claims bankrutpsy, can they touch anything that belongs to the wife if it's in her name alone?
and can they touch anything that is joint ??

I would guess they can touch joint items, but can't touch wife's only stuff.

If your married you both need to file, She can reestablish her creditors if she wants to.
