I'm going to Niagara Falls with my boy friend at the end of March for three days. We're both so excited for this much needed vacation. Does anyone know any cool attractions or romantic spots for us to go to?

I live in Niagara Falls, I wouldn't try going on maid of the mist because its closed for the season (I work there) .. but I think Journey is open all year round.. & it would be romantic just walking down by the falls at night, going to a nice restaurant! I'll warn you though, there's only one mall in Niagara Falls.. it's called Niagara Square, and it sucks! no one goes there, if you want some good shopping go to St. Catherines, maybe 10 mins away, the mall there is called the Pen Center, everyone goes there! The outlet mall in Niagara Falls is good though, it's called Canada One Factory Outlet Mall & it's on Lundy's Lane
for cool attractions, the only place that actually has this stuff in the falls is Clifton Hill, on verrry long hill, but there is soo much to do on it! there are a bunch of attractions on Victoria Avenue too (off of clifton hill).. also, for some really nice scenary and nice attractions, I would buy a package from the Niagara Parks Commission, it includes a lot of great places to enjoy such as the butterfly conservatory, white water walk, maid of the mist (when it's open), journey behind the falls, & lots more.. & that would be good too because they have a shuttle that will take you to all these places! .. butother than that, Niagara Falls is just a plain city... locals can't stand it! haha it's pretty boring here.. but anyways i recommend you stay at the Great Wolf Lodge! it's sooo much fun over there, such nice surroundings, you won't want to leave the waterpark.. it's nice to stay there because it's so cold outside, and staying here is like being on vacation some place hot because you can actually wear a bathing suit!

Maid of the Mist is well worth going on... I did the Journey behind the falls, which was okay but you don't get the full impact of Nigara until you are actually in the water, so to speak, on the boat with the sight and sound all around you. Awesome!
