i feel sick, but i have not been getting enough sleep. i have body aches as well. am i just paranoid or potentially pregnant?

You can take a preg test 5 days before what would be the first day of your period, but the further away from the start date you take it, the easier it could be that the test is wrong. EPT and a couple others advertise that they are accurate 5 days before, so just try one of those. I just used the Wal-Mart brand and it has always been right. Those symptoms could be from pregnancy or it could be from you oncoming period. Take the test to know for sure. Good luck.

First response makes a test that you can use 4 days before your period is due...but the box says that early only has s 65% accuracy rate. Better to wait to the day your period is due to test. You can get a blood test done that can test 10 days after conception.

I would read the box, but I would think 1 or 2 days after your missed period. I would take one the day after your missed period, if it says negative and you still havent started, i would wait a week and try again or go to the doc. Hope this helps.

it is possible for a positive result up to five days before you miss your period with some of the more expensive tests. all tests can be taken the day after you have missed a period.

some tests allow you to take it up to 5 days before your missed period. others dont. but i personally think that its best to wait till your a couple days late, just to make sure your bodies cycle isnt changing

Who knows? I wouldn't take a test, though, until your period is due. Just so that you aren't "wasting" money.
