Looking for someone who has been reffered to a High Risk DR....?

Would like to know how soon into your pregnancy was your first appt, and when was your first ultrasound?

I had blood work the day I found out I was pregnant to check the hCG levels.
December 13 and my hCG level was just 43.
December 15 hCG-119.
December 19- 540
December 26 -over 5,000!

January 11, 2007, we had our first ultrasound. The baby was just 8 weeks old. February 9 we had another ultrasound. The next one is March 19. My ultrasounds are with an ultrsound specialist at the hospital.

I hope that's useful info. I'd due August 24.

I had 3 pregnancies, and the last two high risk. I had a high risk DR with both the last two. I was referred to the HR Doc almost as soon as I found out I was pregnant. My appointment with him was at about 3 months along or so. My first ultrasound was shortly there after, and I had them regularly throughout. A couple at least a month. I was on bed rest from the time we found out I was pregnant til I delivered. I did the amnio centisis too. I can give more details if you want to email me if I know what you are looking for exactly. The high risk Doc just keeps a better eye on the things that cause the risk.

first ultrasound was as soon as i found out i was pregnant about 5 weeks, then my first appointment was around 10 weeks, then i had a stitch put in at 14 weeks and i have had at least 6 ultrasounds all together and i am only 21 weeks. definitly get watched close.
