You could appeal the decision to your state intermediate or supreme court, but they're not likely to take the case. Sentencing falls within the discretion of the trial judge and unless he goes way out of bounds and imposes a sentence above your state's guidelines, they will uphold the order. IF you can convince the judge to vacate his own order by showing you were at school, he can rescind the sentence, but, given the judges I know, he's not likely to do so. Good luck, quit breaking terms of your probation.

Appeal.

However, given that you disobeyed a judge's orders in the past, few judges are going to take pity on you. It's not just that you missed the court date... that's bad enough... but you drove with a suspended license.

You should just keep your mouth shut, not drive, and prove that you're a good member of society.

It's called appealing, and you'll need an attorney to do that.

Anyway, given the current climate on unsafe driving, if you did things that got your licence suspended, your likelihood of winning is not good, and I'm not sure you could get a reversal in time for it to shorten your suspension period significantly.

That's what appeals are for. Do you have a lawyer?
