Location is NOT an issue. Anywhere in the United States.
But I do have somewhat of a budget.
I am strongly looking into following fashion photography.
So please help me out. Thanks!

UCLA, USC (good film school as well), NYU and Columbia. They are located in fashion centers and would be good for networking. Location Location Location...it matters.

Check out Brooks Institute of Photography...it's not exactly for a student on a budget but talk to financial aid they'll do their best to help you out and find ways to support your education at Brooks. Also, the Academy of Art University in San Francisco looks promising. You might want to look into community colleges if you're on a budget, you would be soooo surprised to find out how great some JC photo programs are.
