i dont believe so. Maybe our moral of military but our country is doing very well economically and we are healthy. We have shelter and food to go around and our style of leaving has gone up. We just seem dim because of the war... Just be happy.
1) No draft
2) No war here
3) No inflation
4) Most jobs in history
Hope this helps

I think we peaked around the mid 90's We are on the decline right now. However, we are still a great nation, despite what our current administration is doing. During the 90's we had a strong economy just as we do now, but in the 90's, we were able to do it without having to go to war, because going to war increases production and thus improves the economy. Unemployment is low. However, thousands of soldiers are deployed, and thus out of the workforce. That makes the unemployment numbers look a little better than they really are.
The main reason we are on the decline is because of our extreme degradation of personal freedoms. When the Bush admin eliminated habeas corpus for all Americans, we officially became a fascist state. If Bush or his people think that you are a threat, then they can have you thrown into Gitmo, no trial, no appeal, no nothing, just gone. You can be a red blooded patriotic American, but you could be thrown into Gitmo for anything, including speaking out against him(that's extreme, but technically true),
That is disgusting, but what is even worse, is that the country doesn't care. They're more worried about what happened on American Idol than what is going on politically. The main issues is this loss of freedom, as well as the total apathy for anything related to politics or other socioeconomic issues in this country. Not to mention the horrendous educational system.
Oh one thing. Jake We don't have a draft now, but there is talk of reinstating it, and we are one way(Iran if the current admin has there way) away from it being reinstated.

Only because we have allowed it to become that shadow. There doesn't seem to be the pride or patriotism anymore. It's all about me, me, me. We don't seem to CARE that foreigners are buying up our country. How can that be good? If you don't believe that, read what the governor of Michigan said about Michigan being "the canary in the mine" at the governor's conference. It can and probably will happen to the rest of the country. It isn't just bad management, it's the fact that we just don't care anymore. Buy American! That WILL help!

but honesty world peace would be great and if we spread the wealth may bee some people may actual get to eat something before they die
population we are a small group and every one wants to live we take so much for granted
survival of the fit-es and we are SO fat
each generation is getting lazier because we are to comfortable but that's OK because their are other people who need more they will work hard for ther survival and make vidiogames and other crap to waste our time on so they can advance in some places in the world the masses have no chance to even live. it not our fault but their governments or leaders will say it is Americas fault because it is alot easier to blame America then to admit there failed to lead their people to greatness but MOST AMERICANS DON'T EVEN KNOWS WHAT IT MEANS TO BE AMERICAN THE FREEDOM DOESN'T COME CHEAP AND MOST OF US ARE NOT DOING WHAT WE WANT TO DO REMEMBER THE ? WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GROW UP AND WHAT ARE YOU DOING NOW. and we have so many rights come on should a large company get sued because offer free child care to there workers why should the workers who dont have kids need to be compensated give me a break I thank we went down hill as soon as the most ignorent people had babys and we payed for it and we keep giveing them food stamps and they have like 12 kids and they all are also worthless too. It makes me sick to see a homeless person in the us such a waste of our money we spent a lot of money on educating everyone and soo many people are soo stupid
they fight the system just so they go to jail
or they have no drive or care to do anything with themselfs they wasted our money millions of dollors spent on a bunch of a$$holes
