Hola amigo. I live at the opposite end of NZ from Auckland; the far south. But a lot of Brazilian people come fruit picking in the South Island. It's quite easy to get a work permit, because they're often short of workers for this seasonal work. A good way to visit Auckland would be to come fruit picking, save some money then visit Auckland.
