hi my name is Fares, i'm planning to study in october 6 university? can someone pls give me some advices?

i'm planning to study engineering in october 6 university, is OU6 safe?
r there foreigners in there? r the people their cool or jerks? and plus does the university needs SAT for american diploma?

Why wouldn't it be safe for a GUY!! And yeah, I've heard there are lots of foreigners there.. plus u'll find jerks and cool ppl anywhere!!
