It would probably turn him on (but he would not necessarily want to do it in his dads house) I think I would leave out the part of it even being in his dads house. He might take it that you want his dad to be your "friend" too. By the way this FWB garbage never works out in the end. Usually the girls still has in the back of her mind that if he is doing her he must have some personal feeling for her. Get out while you can.
