Glasgow has its share of problems, which major city doesnt? but on the whole is a very friendly, multi cultural city, whatever your reason for the move, school/college/work etc you will be instantly included with the already existing networks, there is a huge amount of things to do and see here and we are always only too willing to show it off!!! treat this like the adventure its going to be, and welcome to Glasgow!!

there are lots of friendly people in Glasgow..you dont need to find any on the internet..your neighbours should be friendly and people you work with will be nice..you have nothing to worry about.

I'm scared 2! I''m moving there myself in a couple of months. I guess we'll just have to deal with it, and try our best to make new friends! (but not too hard! lol)
