It depends a lot on what you're looking for.
I would suggest going to www.vegas.com and compare the hotels.
A reasonably priced hotel you could book online would be either Paris, Monte Carlo, or New York New York.

Believe it or not, Hooters opened a casino here. Its a half block off the Strip and they are not doing very well financially which means cheap rooms! They're desperately trying to attract customers. I have friends who are coming in March and got bargin-basement prices on their rooms through Priceline.
