Why doesn't the FBI link Osama bin Laden to 911?

Question

Didn't our president and government tell us it was bin Laden and
al queda who were responsible? over and over again. wouldn't it be responsible to atleast link him to 911 on the FBI website? Wouldn't it be responsible government to atleast investigate the accusations our government has placed on him?

Because after 911 they were too busy taking advantage of the anti Arab feelings to take down Saddam Husein; Saddam had oil, Osama doesn't so he can wait.

Osama is a terrorist but it's hard to know if he was really part of 911 or if it was used as an another excuse to take him down the same way Saddam was. Which would be bad if that means that the real masterminds will be free to do more evil. Saddam never confessed the 911, he said he was happy for it but never said he did it.; it doesn't mean he didn't but at least it means the goverment needs to find more evidence for the public.

Saddam an Osama were confessed murderers so I don't care about their fate, but I still remember that some people started to blame Fidel Castro the day of the atacks, in the 60's he was also blamed for Kennedys's murder. It seems our government always find convenient to blame the people they hate.

If we go to war against someone at least we need to be sure is for the right reasons and not to make happy some moron from Washington.
