it's not that i'm not friendly but i choose all my friends. i get along with people whom i can trust. and it takes a long time before i trust a friend. can you help me with this?

There is nothing wrong with that. It's not the quantity of friends, it's the quality of friends that counts. You are not wrong to be picky about your friends.

There is nothing wrong with that. You are a wise woman. That way you may not have a lot of friends but the ones you have are gems. Do you want a better trade off?

That's just how you are, and there's nothing wrong with that. Im like that myself. Just remember not to judge anyone before really getting to know them. But if you block someone just because they look like "bad people" then that would be bad.

Its good to have a small number of friends, and it's also great to have a large number of associates.

its normal. as we grew older we tend to be comfortable with the same group of people around us. later we found that we couldnt find the need for having more frens. its very natural
