Only reason I ask is because I'm out on bail right now and a little short of cash. But there is no way I'm gonna show up for the hearing. I figure if I can get me a passport, I'm out of here.

Hehe...coward. Don't run..face up to the consequences of what you've done. It's nice to sleep good at night..you should try it.
But passport photos have to be on a plain white background. You have to be looking at the camera with no head gear (i.e. hats, etc). The measurement between your chin and the top of your head has to be between 1 and 1-3/8 inch. And a photo does not a passport make. You have to send the photo in and have the passport made, which is a long process with a pretty thorough background check. If they see you're up for something, they'll deny deny deny.

You must have regular passport photos taken. The reason for this is your picture is heat-sealed to the passport page. A regular photograph would not survive the heat. If you can't afford the photos ($10.00 at Penneys), you will never afford the almost 100.00 for a passport including express delivery.
Why not just clean up your act and stay out of trouble. It would be cheaper and better for you. If you did get "out of here", you would just end up in trouble in a foreign country where the laws more tough, you have no appeals, they have no bail, the sentences are longer and the jails are primitive.... But go ahead, if you insist..we can do without you here.

If you can't afford 13 bucks a Kinko's to get a passport photo your goin to the big house. Besides a couple months to get a passport I'm sure Dog the Bounty hunter will be all up in your face by then. Bend over and take it like the bad boy you were. You just gotta ask yourself one question punk... Do I want to be the Husband , or the Wife LOL
