Here is my problem. I like audio books (Books on Tape/CD) but in a story with 10 to 15 disk each disk just has tracks 1 - 10 or so. When I use the IPOD softare I end up with 150 or so tracks, each labeled Track 2 or so, obvioulsy with 10 disks there are 10 duplicate names. Add that to IPOD's love of shuffling the tracks into alphabetical or numerical order and the 100 plus pieces of the story are all jumbled unless I take 'years' and download one track at a time and then lable it.

Sooooo. is there a software (free or commercial) that can make this task easier AND.. combine the individual tracks per disk so that I just have 10-15 'disks' per story?

any suggestions? or better still, has anyone already solved this problem?

thanks....

Not sure if this will help, but Top Shelf Audiobooks has free short little videos about the download process. Maybe this will solve your problem.

i exploit format production facility. format production facility is a multifunctional media converter. format production facility can rip DVD to video report , Rip track CD to audio report. and would convert each and every thing.
