I was wanting to know what is a good online college that I can take some non credit courses in spanish, medical terminology, or any courses that will help me in becoming a medical interpreter? Also when you do online colleges do the mail you your cetificate or how does that work? Also is non credit courses really expensive?

You need to know that certification as an interpreter is very strictly regulated, and that courses from an online college will NOT qualify your for certification.

I don't know what state (or even country) you're in, but make sure you take classes from a regionally accredited college (in California, that would be Western Assoc of Schools and Colleges). If you're a Californian, you can take online courses from community colleges for very low cost (about $20 a unit). You would go to the California Virtual Campus at www.cvc.edu and choose courses from the California community college system. In other states, check for community college online courses in that state. You'll get a good education for the first two years.

Pennfoster and Phonix online colleges are pretty good.
