Don't know off the top of my head but if you go to the Los Angeles public library on Wilshire and ask for the "Red Book" it lists the addresses and phone numbers of every agent, casting agent and studio in town.

PS: You can get a free library card there and then, you just have to fill out a form. You don't have to live there.
