I am almost positive any self respecting woman would not enjoy ANYONE touching her body anywhere, but especially in that area of the body. People should respect personal and social boundaries of others. In some areas of the world, this could be considered assaultive behavior. It is also a behavior that could escalate into other "thrill seeking" behaviors that could lead to criminal/lewd behaviors.
Keep your hands to yourself.

Hell no! If a guy intentionally touches my butt and I didn't ask him to,or we weren't in the middle of something intimate, he's gonna end up with my fist in his face. Violent? Yes, but his touching ANY part of my body without my permission is not allowed!

Honey, there are better ways to get a woman's attention. Compliment her eyes, intelligence, taste in music, etc. Whatever you say or do, never touch any woman unless she has given you permission to do so. Any man who doesn't respect himself enough to be mature isn't worth a woman's time. I have incapacitated many men who thought I'd actually like being objectified that way.

Yes, I feel it, and I do not appreciate such contact from someone other than my husband; my husband wouldn't do that in public, it's disrespectful.
