so put a sign on it and then they can't sue you caz you warned them. but if you don't they sure can sue you.

I'm sure if someone made a good enough case, you could get sued for walking out your front door every morning.... It's not hard to sue someone, most people just lack the motivation to actually do it.

yeah, even if they didn't have your permission.put a sign on that says use at your own risk and u might get away with nothin. but if u do get sued, counter sue for intrusion of personal property. it could work

i think that they can sueyou but only if they can prove that they were on your skateboard ramp. If they can't then you don't get sued.

Paint on the ramp, "use at your own risk" and you might do away with the liability.
