My computer dosent shut down properly?

My computer most of the time dosent shut down it just stops on the blue screen saying 'Windows is Shutting Down' although sometimes it works but mostly it dosent and also Hibernation does the same so is there any way to fix this?

I have Ad-Aware Personal SE
and Its not an anti virus or torjans I thinks its to do with the registry.
