No, the Beyonder sought to understand and experience human/mortal drive, so the bulk of his dealings was with humans (albeit superheroes) and mutants. The most cosmic entity he had come in contact with was Galactus.

Supposedly he wrassled the Watcher, along with Death, Eternity, Order, Chaos, and a whole bunch of those dudes who are way bigger than Galactus, and whupped them all. But later, Marvel went back on that ans claimed that those weren’t really Celestials he was wrestling,, they were imitation Celestaials that they made and sent to represent them so they could evaluate the Beyonder, and he didn’t know the difference. Personally, I think that’s a weak-sister, weaselly excuse.

For more about the Beyonder, go to Toonopedia and Wikipedia. Each has an article on him and each will present you with different insights.

Yes, Only Galactus. Then Dr Doom usurped Galactus' power right after he consumed his homeworld which would have put Galactus on his maximum energy level, and Doom went after the Beyonder. The Beyonder's power was too great even still and Doom only managed to come out on top temporarily through sheer will and a device in his armor. It would be cool to see a breakdown of the upper cosmic powered beings from the different Marvel multiverses.
