looking down teenage girls shirt.?

Is it right or wrong to look down girls shirt,i can not help it,its like went i go to the mall or somewair and i see some girls i look down there shirt,some girls wair stuff that you can see down there shirt,i one time saw a girl cleaning some tables and she ben over for some then and she did not know it but i could see all down her shirt,her boobs look so tinder,sometimes i wish i could shrink myself down to micro size and go or fall down a girl shirt,i'm am very very sorry i had to post this question,but i just want to know if it wrong or right.

It's inappropriate. Try not to. However, I understand that your hormones are raging. There's nothing wrong with wanting and fantasizing about girls. However, most girls and women don't like it. It's a violation of our bodies of a sort.

If it's accidental, you don't need to close your eyes or look away all of a sudden. Just pretend that you didn't and keep it to yourself. However, don't stare and don't go out of your way to do things to look down women's shirt. That crosses the line. Don't be surprised if they get upset if they catch you doing it. I will get upset and embarrassed if I catch someone doing it to me. However, I also know that it happens accidentally. I know there are men who have caught accidental peeks down my blouse or up my skirt without my knowing. Blouses hang down when I bend over. My skirt is momentarily open when I cross my legs. That's just what happens.

i agree with the person above me, but i gotta admitt, some girls these days dress sleezy just so that they can get guys to look, but that dont matter none, you gotta resist the urge to purposely look down their shirt. if a guy went out of his way to look down my shirt i would punch him in the face!!

Ummm dude. That's kinda sick ya know. It's ok to look but staring is rude. And don't make it look obvious.
