to have a period with no bleeding? I havent had a period yet (my baby is almost 10 months) but ive had menstrual like cramps for days, not too severe though, but no bleeding or anything else...any thing would help!

I know what a period is, i have given birth twice, ive got a good idea what goes on in a womens body. I just forgot what it PMS felt like, so i thats why i was asking (havent had a period in a looooooong time) my kids were born close together

The lining of the uterus is shed when an egg is not fertilized. This is where the blood comes from. So essentially, the bleeding is the period. Cramps don't a period make. Are you on birth control? Could you be pregnant? Talk to your Dr.
