Court Ordered monthly payments not received?

Court ordered that I be paid £2,000. per month to help pay off outstanding debt. To-date I have not received payment for 3 months this coming week?
What action can I take to make the person, owing money to me, pay on time please?

If the court has made the decision and it isn't being carried out by the other person you should contact the court again to make them enforce the court order.

Go back to Court. Ask for the Bailiffs to be sent in.
